Information lifecycle management (ILM) or Data Lifecycle Management (DLM) is a comprehensive approach to managing the flow of an information system’s data and associated metadata from creation and initial storage to the time when it becomes obsolete and is deleted.

This tool helps monitoring data in the ILM process and is implemented as a report in the report menu in Episerver.

Scenario: Editors wants to know which pages have’nt been updated for a year. Following someone needs to validate if information is still relevant.

Just download these files, put index.chtml under “views/PageNotUpdatedReport/” and Controller and service in their folder and you are good to go.

Editors needs to enable checkbox “update modified date” and republish to make it disappear from report by updating modified date.
